Upon receiving your application, you will be contacted by our representative to go over your application and discuss pricing details. Submitting this form DOES NOT guarantee or confirm your spot in the event. All applications are presented in front of the Board, and "Viva Cinco De Mayo Festival" reserves the right to reject any application.
The cost for a food vendor space will be discussed once your application is received. A food vendor space includes a tent and electricity for all four days of the event. Upon receipt of your application an event representative will contact you. If your application is accepted you will be required to fill out a Village of Bridgeview application, as well as provide additional licenses and health inspection reports. Each food vendor is also required to provide a certificate of insurance for this event.
The cost for a vendor space will be discussed once your application is received. A vendor space includes a 10’ x 10’ tent and basic electricity for all four days of the event. Tables and chairs are available to vendors who need them for a $100 security deposit. Deposit will be returned via check within 10 business days after the conclusion of the event. Failure to return any and all tables and/or chairs will result in forfeiture of entire deposit.
